Our Approach

Renovations Without the Chaos

Whether you've just bought an older flat or simply feel your home is due for a change, we handle renovations across Bangalore — from civil, plumbing and electrical work to complete interior fit-outs.

Our approach is methodical: we assess the site before quoting, define the scope in writing and phase the work to keep disruption low.

Partial Renovation

Partial Renovation

Not every home needs a full overhaul. We scope exactly what needs doing — and what is better left alone.

  • Kitchen replacement only
  • Bathroom renovation
  • Bedroom refit
  • Painting and flooring refresh
  • Adding a pooja unit or storage room
  • Electrical or plumbing upgrades
Smart Upgrades

Smart Upgrades

Many older homes have good bones but feel dated. A few well-chosen changes can transform them without a full renovation.

  • Swapping old furniture for modular units
  • Adding a false ceiling and modern lighting
  • New vinyl or engineered-wood flooring
  • Upgrading kitchen shutters and counters
  • Repainting with premium finishes
Our Process

How We Manage Renovations

A clear, predictable process that keeps you in control at every stage.

1

Site Assessment

We visit and check the existing walls, plumbing, electrical and flooring — that's what lets us quote accurately.

2

Scope Definition

Exactly what is in and out of scope, line by line, in writing. No ambiguity.

3

Phased Planning

For occupied homes, we plan the work in phases so you can keep living there with minimal disruption.

4

Execution & Quality Checks

A site supervisor oversees the work, with quality checks at each stage before moving on.

5

Snag List & Handover

We walk through the home with you, fix every item on the snag list and hand over with a written warranty.

What We Specify — and Why

In a renovation, the materials you can't see matter as much as the ones you can. We don't compromise on what goes behind the walls.

Moisture-resistant plywood for all joinery carcasses
ISI-marked electrical wiring from established brands
Quality branded plumbing fittings
Proper waterproofing in wet areas
Branded adhesives and finishing materials
FAQs

Questions We Get Asked Often

It depends on the size of the home, the scope and whether you're living there during the work. We give you a dated timeline after the site visit.

For a full renovation it's usually difficult because of dust, noise and access. For partial work — one room or the kitchen — it's often manageable. We'll advise based on your plan.

Our quotes are itemised — labour, materials, hardware and project management are listed separately, so nothing is hidden.

For structural changes we help coordinate the required approvals with your society or authority. Interior-only work usually doesn't need them, but we confirm for your project.

Warranty terms for carpentry and civil work are written into your agreement before work begins.
